Terms of Service
Last updated 8 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and AI Merge Studio LTD (company no. 16370224, Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom), trading as Areza ("we", "us"), for using Skedlark (skedlark.com and app.skedlark.com). By creating an account or using Skedlark you accept them. If you use Skedlark for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so.
1. What Skedlark does
Skedlark lets you connect your social media accounts, write posts, publish them now or at a time you choose, and read and answer comments and messages on those accounts. Skedlark works through each network's official API, so what it can do depends on what each network allows, and networks can change or limit their APIs at any time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you manage.
- Give accurate details and keep your email address up to date, because we use it to sign you in.
3. Connected accounts and network rules
You may connect only accounts and Pages you own or are authorised to manage. When you publish through Skedlark you must also follow the rules of each network, including the Meta terms, the LinkedIn User Agreement, the X Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect an account in Skedlark or in the network's own settings at any time.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create in Skedlark. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the networks you choose, only to provide Skedlark to you. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Skedlark to:
- send spam, run fake or automated engagement, or manipulate a network's features;
- publish anything illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing or deceptive;
- access accounts you are not authorised to manage;
- break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of Skedlark or of any network.
We may remove content from Skedlark, pause publishing or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other users or our access to a network at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and explain why.
6. Plans, credits and payment
- Skedlark has a free plan. Some actions use prepaid credits, which you can buy in the app. The price and what the credits cover are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include any VAT that applies unless stated otherwise.
- Credits are not money, cannot be transferred and are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, your statutory rights are not affected.
- We may change prices for future purchases. Credits you already bought keep the value they had when you bought them.
7. Availability
We work to keep Skedlark running and your scheduled posts on time, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. A post can fail or be delayed when a network is down, refuses it, or changes its API. Skedlark shows you when a post fails so you can act.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for the actions of the networks. Our total liability for any claims in a 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and £100.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Skedlark and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms or close an account with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell you at least 14 days in advance by email or in the app. If you keep using Skedlark after the change, the new terms apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer laws and courts of where you live.
